Why teach on SurgyLearn

Reach, revenue and recognition.

Six reasons specialists choose to author with us.

Reach 10,000+ clinicians

2,000+ hospital staff already learn on SurgyLearn today. We're onboarding 10,000+ more across India and the GCC in the next 90 days.

Built-in YouTube distribution

Your course videos are cross-posted on the official Surgyy YouTube channel for organic discovery — and you keep full rights to reuse them on your own channel.

Revenue share, not free work

Transparent revenue share on enrolments plus YouTube ad share. Honorarium available for select foundational modules. Final terms confirmed on the alignment call.

CME accreditation in progress

We're submitting SurgyLearn courses for CME credits, so your learners earn formal credit alongside your name on the certificate.

Your name on every certificate

Branded instructor profile, dedicated course landing page, and PDF certificates co-signed by you. Your expertise, your credit.

You record, we produce

You record short modules on a phone or laptop in a quiet room — your voice, your face, your cases. We handle editing, slides, captions, quizzes, chapters and certificates. No AI-generated narration, ever.

What you get

Tangible deliverables, not just a vague platform.

Everything that lands in your inbox — and on the public web — when you publish with us.

Branded instructor page

Your bio, photo, credentials and full course list at surgyy.com/experts/<your-handle>.

Co-signed PDF certificates

Every learner who completes your course gets a certificate carrying your name and credentials.

YouTube cross-post + reuse rights

Lessons go live on the Surgyy YouTube channel; you retain full rights to reuse them on your own channels, talks and fellowships.

Quarterly analytics pack

Completions, NPS, geography, employer breakdown — so you can see who is actually learning from you.

Editorial + production team

Video editing, multi-language subtitles and captions, on-screen slides and annotations, quizzes and assessments — built around your recordings.

Hospital-grade distribution

Your course gets cloned into hospital tenants on day one — reaching staff at their place of work, not just personal feeds.

Quality guardrails

Selective on purpose — it protects your reputation too.

SurgyLearn is used in hospitals where the wrong information can hurt patients. Every course on the platform passes a clinical review before it goes live — so being on the roster actually means something.

Who we're looking for

  • Currently practising or formally credentialed clinicians (MD, DM, DNB, MS, MCh, PhD or international equivalent)
  • Demonstrable expertise — peer-reviewed publications, fellowships, or 7+ years in the specialty
  • Proprietary, original content authored and recorded by you — not rebadged third-party material
  • Real, de-identified case studies, diagnostic visuals, scans or intra-op footage strongly encouraged
  • Clinically accurate, evidence-cited, aligned with current national or international guidelines

What we won't publish

  • Promotional or brand-pitched modules
  • Copy-pasted decks or repurposed third-party courseware
  • Unverifiable credentials or anonymised authorship
