UX Revamp: We conducted an in-depth analysis of the platform’s user journey, identifying pain points and optimizing flows to improve navigation, reduce friction, and streamline interactions. Simplified agent pre- and post-booking journeys, enhanced search and filtering options for faster access to deals and content, and improved organization and accessibility of the diverse services offered, such as airline bookings, hotels, corporate travel, visas, and more.

UI Overhaul: By modernizing the visual design, we aligned the platform with TripJack’s innovative identity while making it aesthetically pleasing and functional. Introduced a consistent and cohesive color palette that reflects trust and professionalism, refined typography for better readability across all devices, and enhanced visual hierarchy to direct users effortlessly to key actions and information.
